synopsis

[ Neihu ]
Hu Guang communities is located in the Neihu Technology Park. To promote the Hu Guang community's urban renewal plan, they want to create better living environment. STORYLAND DESIGN STUDIO created the various builds that have yet to be constructed. By using the visuals in the film, it can reduce the existing concerns of the public with regards to the reconstruction of urban renewal plan.

湖光社區位於內湖科技園區、捷運文湖線南側的舊市區與公館山
之間，鄰接內湖科技園區主要幹道-瑞光路。
為使湖光國宅躍升典範生態社區，創造更美好、舒適的居住空間，追求永續發展的生態社區，因而推動湖光社區都市更新計劃。
STORYLAND 揣摩新社區的綠色模樣，讓尚未建設完成的建築物
與綠地能夠在影片中展演，降低大眾對於都市更新改建中的疑慮、並理解如何改造、為何改造…等過程。
